Pressure Vacuum Relief Valve Breathing Valve
Breathing valve is a kind of air breather which install on the petrochemical fixed storage tank, in order to avoid tank over the pressure or vacuum making the storage tank destruct, prevent the outside flame enter, reduce the tank fluid volatile.

Explosion-proof class:BS5501:IIA,IIB,IIC.
Body material:carbon steel,aluminum alloy,stainless steel:SUS304,SUS304L,SUS316,SUS316L.
Disc,seat material:aluminum alloy,stainless steel.
Sealing material:PTFE.
Connection type:flange and thread.
Flange standard:HG20592 If customer need standard GB,SH,HGJ,JB,ANSI,JIS etc or change pressure class,please remark on the order contract.
Manufacture ,inspection standard:according to (petroleum storage tank breathing valve) SY/T0511.1-2010,(petroleum storage tank flame retar- dant performance and test method). GB5908-86 standard implement manufature and inspection or customer required standard.

Type A: +355pa(+36mmH2O) -295pa(-30mmH2O)
Type B: +980pa(+100mmH2O) -295pa(-30mmH2O)
Type C: +1950pa(+200mmH2O) -295pa(-30mmH2O)
Type D: according to user requirement (special pressure rating)
Note:
under normal circumstances, (fire) breathing valve operating pressure to ClasssA or Class B shall prevail;
Applicable materials:
gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aromatics, sulfur, air and other petrochemical materials;
Environment temperature:
-40 ºC -+60 ºC;
Maintenance and servicing:
In order to make flame retardant breathing valve use safety,should dismount bellows flame retardant layer 3-6 months regulary,cleaning,make sure that every hole in flame retardant layer are unobstructed,avoid block,make sure it use safety and normal.Regularly check the positive,negative valve plate movement flexible,check leading mark and disc seating facing damage or not,should change immediately if damage.When check maintenance and installation again,should insure each junction surface of the valve fit closely,disc rising flexbility.When new valve start operating,before the installation,should remove the flange protection cap clean the quakeproof matters between disc,otherwise the breathing valve will malfunction.
