Spring Loaded Lift Check Valve

     
     Lifting check valve refers to the flow of the medium itself  by automatically open and close the valve disc, used to prevent the medium flow back valve, also known as check valve, one-way valve, reverse flow valve, and back pressure valve. Check valve belongs to an automatic valve, its main role is to prevent the media flow back, to prevent the pump and drive motor reversal, and the discharge of the container medium. Check valves may also be used in lines to supply an auxiliary system in which the pressure may rise above the system pressure. Check valve can be divided into swing check valve (according to the center of gravity rotation) and lift check valve (moving along the axis).

Features:

1.The valve disc moves up and down along the midline of the valve body. Under the pressure of the fluid which flows in one direction, the valve disc will be raised up from the sealing surface of the valve seat. If there is backflow, the valve disc will return back to the valve seat to cut off the medium.
2.Short face to face dimension ,small volume and light weight ;
3.Valve disc open and close quickly ,so it has a lower hammer pressure ;
4.Valve following road is smooth and less fluid resistance ;
