Applicable temperature and pressure of rubber lining
1.The permissible working temperature of hard rubber lining is 0 ~ 85ºC.When the vacuum degree is less than or equal to 0.08MPa, the highest operating temperature is 65ºC;When the vacuum degree is greater than 0.08MPa and less than 0.093MPa, the maximum operating temperature is 40ºC.
2.The permissible working temperature of semi-hard rubber lining and soft rubber lining is -25 ~ 75ºC
3.The allowable operating temperature range of soft rubber lining in synthetic rubber is wide, such as butyl rubber and butadiene rubber lining using temperature can generally be in -60 ~ 120ºC;Nitrile butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber and ethylene propylene diene rubber lining temperature is generally -30 ~ 100ºC.
The working pressure range applicable to rubber lining is generally nominal pressure less than or equal to 0.6Mpa (gauge pressure);Vacuum less than or equal to 0.05MPa (gauge pressure).
