Single Disc Tilting Type Check Valve

Tilting Disc Buffering Check Valve of the sealing surface is declined against the outlet with small dropping angle to reduce the vibration meanwhile there is buffering device in the body which can buffer by the flow to prevent the pump from turning back and super-high water hammer pressure.with hydraulic operated make its more flexible.
The different materials selection can apply to the medium involving water, steam, oils, nitric acid, acetid, strong oxidizing medium and urea etc.

Product features
1.Smooth running without vibration and noise.
2.Triple offset structure, with optimal face to face length which reduces flow resistance and eliminate pressure surge.
3.The valve is tightly sealed without leakage under the pressure water test.
4.Outstanding open and close capacity. Opening pressure≤0.08Mpa; Quick open and adjustable close speed. Closing movement includes two steps, first rapid closing step, and second slow closing step. The second slow closing speed is adjustable according to the specific condition.
