Trunnion  Ball  Valve

    Trunnion ball valve is a new generation of high-performance ball valve, which is suitable for long-distance pipeline and general industrial pipeline. Its strength, safety and resistance to harsh environment have been specially considered in the design, and is suitable for all kinds of corrosive and non corrosive media. Compared with the floating ball valve, during operation, all the forces generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball are transmitted to the bearing, which will not move the ball to the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. Therefore, trunnion ball valve has small torque, small valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance and long service life. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter occasions. The advanced spring pre seat assembly has self tightening characteristics to realize upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so the installation has no flow restriction and is two-way. This valve is generally installed horizontally.
    Trunnion ball valve has two-piece and three-piece valve body structures. The middle flange is connected with bolts. The seal is embedded in the stainless steel ring with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene. A spring is set at the back of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is close to the ball and keep the seal. The upper and lower valve stems are equipped with PTFE bearings to reduce friction and save labor in operation. An adjusting plate is set at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the joint position between the ball and the sealing ring. Full bore: the flow aperture of the valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline for pipeline cleaning

Function
1. Double blocking and discharge function: the fixed ball valve adopts spring preloaded floating valve seat. No matter whether the valve is fully open or fully closed, the valve seat on the upstream and downstream sides blocks the fluid, and the residue in the cavity of the valve body is discharged through the discharge valve.

2. Automatic pressure relief function: in case of abnormal pressure rise caused by the temperature rise of the staying medium in the valve body cavity, it does not need to pass through the safety valve, but can automatically relieve the pressure only by the valve seat function, which is very important to ensure the safety of the valve when transporting liquid medium.

3. Fire safety structure: all valves have fire safety functions, and their design and manufacture comply with the requirements of API 607 and API 6Fa specifications
