Gravel Fire Arrester In Pipe Line

Gravel fire arrester (also known as fire arrester), the function of fire arrester is to prevent the external flame from rushing into the equipment containing flammable and explosive gas, inside the pipe or prevent the flame from spreading between the equipment and the pipe. Fire arresters are designed and manufactured using the principle that flame is extinguished due to heat loss when passing through the narrow pores of a thermal conductor. The structure of the fire resistance layer of the fire arrester is gravel type, wire mesh type or corrugated type. Suitable for combustible gas pipeline, such as gasoline, kerosene, light diesel oil, benzoin, crude oil and other oil storage and irrigation or torch system, gas purification and chemical system, gas analysis system, coal mine gas discharge system, heating furnace fuel gas pipe network, also available in acetylene, oxygen, nitrogen, natural gas pipeline supplies. This valve can be used in conjunction with the breathing valve or separately.

2. The fire resistance is qualified, the fire resistance test is 1 hour, and there is no tempering during this period. 3. The Fire arrester housing withstand not less than 0.9 mpa of water pressure test, no leakage.
This product has reasonable structure, light weight and corrosion resistance. Easy to overhaul, easy to install. The core of fire arrester is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and corrosion resistant.
